The vendor is lucky enough to own a beautiful apartment on the Casares Costa, located in the Majestic Hills development.
I have been very happy here, there is a relaxed community way of living . I have stayed here for weeks on end, had holidays with family and friends and also rented out lucratively as there has been high demand. This is due to the quality of the development and our property has all the mod cons; from additional bathroom underfloor heating to top quality German kitchen appliances to multi room speaker systems.
Being off the beaten track means it’s a hidden peaceful gem with everything just a small walk or drive away and I have enjoyed, whatever the month, walking all along the beach to Sabinillas and picking up some fresh fish for the evening sometimes stopping at the Chiringuito for a coffee, looking out to the Med.
The lovely gardens are where we made friends in the community and we would often pop over to each other’s patio for a drink overlooking the pool or venture out together to one of the many varied restaurants . I have often gone down late afternoon to the pool for the last of the day´s sunshine .
We are lucky at Majestic Hills to have great people managing it, so it stays really smart and within budget, which has always given great peace of mind.
Whoever lives here will find it’s a home very quickly and I hope they are as happy as I have been .
