We have had the property since it was completed in 2008 and have spent many family holidays there. It is situated in a quiet community with beautiful gardens and plenty of outside open space. The swimming pool has a lifeguard during peak months so is safe for the family to use.
There are many restaurants within a short drive including the lovely port of Duquesa with its marina and an abundance of various cuisines on offer. Sabinillas promenade is a great place for a stroll and for stopping off for a morning coffee or light lunch.
We have also used our apartment as a base to visit other fascinating parts of Spain including Granada, Cadiz, Seville, Cordoba and Malaga. These are all within a 2.5 hour drive from Casares del Sol.
We are selling this apartment as our children have now grown up and we are nearing retirement so would love to explore other exciting countries.
