Mike has many years ́ experience in sales and service in Europe. Having extensive language skills and vast knowledge of the property market, Mike is an expert and prides himself on guiding purchasers and vendors through from their initial viewing tour to negotiation of a price to then getting the keys. Mike has a key relationship with the lawyers, financial advisers and currency experts and enjoys collaborating with local agents and professionals to deliver an excellent outcome for all parties. Chris also has a long career of service and sales success. From running the UK family business to also leading teams in corporate firms in the UK, Chris also moved to Spain for the sunny working life of the Costa Del Sol. The years of experience in property sales and marketing in this area means he is able to provide clients with sound knowledge of any area and ensure that the perfect match of property to buyer is made every time. Again a key player in the local business community, Chris collaborates to ensure our client ́s expectation are exceeded. Chris also thrives on the weather and culture of living and working on the Costa Del Sol. His spare time is family orientated and also a big commitment to personal fitness. Charlotte Davey worked in Financial Services in the UK for 25 years before relocating to Spain some years ago. Her passion for delivering exceptional customer experience means she is always the primary contact with new clients and vendors. Charlotte is a strong communicator and the nature of her previous career means she has a driven yet empathic style when leading clients through their property buying and selling journey. Finding the perfect property and seeing new owners achieving their aspirations to have a Spanish home or investment is her idea of the ultimate success in her role at Castles Estate Agency. Patrick

    
                                    


    
Patrick relocated to Spain from the UK 18 years ago with his parents and spent his childhood growing up in Spain. His schooling in Manilva means he is bilingual.  Following his education, Patrick developed his extensive awareness of construction and property sector.  His early career was spent on the Costa Del Sol as well as projects in Gibraltar.  Patrick then took up a great opportunity to develop his knowledge and skills in Engineering in the UK.  Now that he and his wife Beth have returned to Spain and the family business, Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of property development to the Castles team.  Patrick collaborates with multiple agents along the coast and has extensive knowledge of the local areas and how the commercial and residential aspects of the coast have evolved.


In his spare time Patrick also enjoys playing golf, is very sociable, a fabulous cook and loves the outside lifestyle Spain offers with Beth and (the true love of his life) their cocker spaniel, Bowie.

Beth joins the family business, as the third generation of the Castles team. Having grown up in Spain, Beth moved back to the UK for her studies at university.  She then commenced her corporate career in fashion as a Buyer where her flair and skills broadened her experience. She then acquired a senior role in another corporate company in the UK which complimented and consolidated her business expertise.  With her passion for creativity, detail and delivery of excellence, it was a natural move to become the Head of Marketing at Castles.  This enabled her return to live in Spain and the opportunity to enhance and grow the Castles brand and use her fluency in Spanish as part of her work.

Sara is our Spanish born and bred team member.  Sara is originally from Cácares in the western area of Spain, she frequently visits her family and friends there and loves the traditions of the city and culture of her hometown and country.


Following university, Sara spent some time in London and as a non-English speaker quickly honed her language skills and is now qualified to teach English and Spanish which she does in addition to working for Castles.


Sara has had vast experience in a variety of customer service and sales roles in client facing industries. In recent years Sara has also gained qualifications in marketing,  adding to the key aspect within the Castles business.


Sara moved to the Costa Del Sol over 10 years ago when she and her husband, Steve, based themselves here.  Sara loves spending her time with friends and sharing tapas.  She likes to walk and stay fit and healthy and also loves exploring the UK on frequent trips with Steve to see his home country whenever they can.
