Jardines del Mar Mediterraneo is a very well established hillside urbanisation found on Princesa Kristina, La Duquesa.  This well designed complex enjoys well maintained gardens and a beautiful swimming pool.

A pleasant walk down the hill leads to miles of unspoiled beaches.

An enjoyable walk along the promenade, which has several beach bars and restaurants, leads to the village of Castillo.  The traditional fishing village is famous for its Moorish Castle and it’s outstanding fish restaurants.

A couple of minutes further along the promenade leads to the picturesque marina of La Duquesa.  The marina offers a wide variety of daytime and nighttime activities, suitable for all ages.

There is excellent access to Estepona and Marbella whilst the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar can be reached in under 1 hour and 30 minutes respectively.

Entrance is into a lobby leading into a large, bright lounge/dining room.  Double doors lead to a good sized terrace with stunning views over the Sierra Bermeja mountain range down to the Mediterranean Sea.

The entrance lobby also leads to the large fitted kitchen and a utility room.

A hall from the lobby leads to the sleeping accommodation.  This consists of 2 generous double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, the master with an ensuite shower room There is also a family shower room.

This is a practical design making full use of the available space.  The apartment is furnished and finished to a high standard.

There is one terrace to the apartment.  This is a good size, east facing terrace that enjoys stunning views to the mountains and down to the sea.  This is a lovely area to relax and enjoy our beautiful year round climate.

The apartment has its own underground storage space and a very useful store room.
