Duquesa Suites is a very popular development on the Duquesa Hillside.  Close by is Monte Duquesa, a delightful square with several bars and restaurants.  A little further is the picturesque marina of La Duquesa.  A short walk from La Duquesa along the promenade leads to the busy village of Sabinillas on one side and the traditional village of Castillo on the other.  Sabinillas has a selection of shops, supermarkets, banks, tapas bars and restaurants.  Castillo is famous for it’s Moorish castle and a wide selection of fish restaurants.

Duquesa Suites is a super family resort with among other thing, the use of 3 swimming pools, padel tennis court, expansive gardens, a BBQ area and 24 hour security.

The front door is conveniently close to the lift.

The entrance hall leads to a large bright open plan kitchen and living room  The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has been tastefully updated to a high standard.  There is also a very useful independent utility room.  The kitchen looks over the large living area which enjoys beautiful views.

A lobby leads to the sleeping accommodation which consists of 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.  The main bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.  The second bedroom is also a good sized double.  There is also a family shower room.

The apartment is in excellent condition having been lovingly cared for by the current owners and is ready for immediate occupation.

As charming as the apartment is, guests will always be drawn to the large sunny terrace and the stunning sea views.  This area is perfect for entertaining or simply to quietly sit in the sun and enjoy the picture perfect coastal views.
